I am an integrative counsellor combining person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. Helping you to explore troublesome issues in a safe space with a non-judgmental counsellor will help you grow and feel empowered. Allowing you to make relevant links from your past to present will aid in your self-awareness so you can make better choices and decisions by not repeating adverse behaviours. After you have explored the issues causing discomfort, I could also help you with cognitive behavioural therapy to help you with debilitating symptoms. I am also proficient at administering EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing)/Bilateral Stimulation. This will help you heal from intense emotions and pains and is especially good at dealing with symptoms of trauma, panic attacks, OCD, fears and phobias, and anxiety
