Passionate about beauty in different shapes and forms, I have studied Fine Arts, learning to look at people and environments from an inside perspective while projecting it on a canvas or a piece of paper.
As a skydiver and a glider pilot I have learnt to confront my fears, to control my mind and my reactions under really stressful and challenging situations.
Now I am focused on rowing on the River Thames, cycling as well as constantly growing as a professional and individual.
From the clinical point of view, working with NHS and MIND, it has deepened my knowledge and expertise in the mental health field. As a Lead Mentor and therapist for a couple of Charities in London, I have been working with children and adults disadvantaged or at risk, and with learning disabilities improving their social skills, resilience, critical thinking and self-awareness.
I find pleasure seeing people succeeding and finding their balance.
