My aim is to create a safe, open and non-judgemental space in which you feel supported. I work from a blend of Person-Centred and Psychodynamic principles and work in a flexible way depending on your individual needs. This offers not only the opportunity to think about change but to also move towards it.

Abuse/Trauma (Developmental, Emotional, Mental, Physical, Relational and Sexual), Anxiety, Attachment, Bereavement and Loss, Child Development, Depression and Low Mood, Eating Disorders, General Emotional Difficulties, Identity Concerns, Relationship Problems, Self-harm and Suicidal Ideation, Stress, Violence.
I am passionate about therapy and as such, am continuously updating my skills and knowledge through a commitment to my own personal and professional development.
I have a Level 7 (MA ) in Dance Movement Psychotherapy (2017) and I also have a Level 4 in Counselling Children and Adolescents (2015). Over the past 12 months I qualified as a Clinical Supervisor for counsellors and psychotherapists (2020) and I am currently working towards my PgDip in Psychology (due to end in Sept 2021).
3 FUN THINGS ABOUT ME
1. I frequently go Salsa dancing (pre-Covid times!)
2. I spend my free time with my 2 little dogs, reading books or crocheting
3. My party trick is doing voice impersonations
