About Me

I am Person-Centred Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in South West London (Balham), and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to ethical and professional conduct when working with clients and this is guided by the BACP framework. My main influences in therapy practice are Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural and Existential perspectives of human development and emotions. I am also interested in Mindfulness/Mentalisation and how they can help people gain a greater sense over their emotions It is important to me to work collaboratively and flexibly using skills and techniques that fit you as an individual. I will also offer you a safe, private space to fully explore your thoughts and feelings. A fundamental part of the way I work is to fully accept people as they are, in a non-judgemental way, showing warmth, kindness and empathy.
