About Me

I have extensive experience of working with a diverse range of clients and issues. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, low confidence, anger and bereavement. My early professional background is in social work supporting a wide range of clients such as asylum seekers, survivors of rape, bullying and abuse, adults with anxiety, depression, work and relationship issues and learning disabilities. I hold a Level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Counseling and, as a part of my training, I worked in the IAPT service for South London and Maudsley NHS. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and hold their Certificate of Proficiency and comply with their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.
