I work from a blend of Person-Centred and Psychodynamic principles and work in a flexible way depending on your individual needs. This offers not only the opportunity to think about change but to also move towards it. What I CAN HELP WITH My specialisms and experience lie mainly in: Abuse/Trauma (Developmental, Emotional, Mental, Physical, Relational and Sexual) Anxiety Attachment Bereavement and Loss Child Development Depression and Low Mood Eating Disorders General Emotional Difficulties Identity Concerns Relationship Problems Self-harm and Suicidal Ideation Stress Violence I am passionate about therapy and as such, am continuously updating my skills and knowledge through a commitment to my own personal and professional development. QUALIFICATIONS I have a Level 7 (MA ) in Dance Movement Psychotherapy (2017) and I also have a Level 4 in Counselling Children and Adolescents (2015). Over the past 12 months I qualified as a Clinical Supervisor for counsellors and psychotherapists (2020) and I am currently working towards my PgDip in Psychology (due to end in Sept 2021). 3 FUN THINGS ABOUT ME 1. I frequently go Salsa dancing (pre-Covid times!) 2. I spend my free time with my 2 little dogs, reading books or crocheting 3. My party trick is doing voice impersonations
