Language: English ​ About Me I am an integrative counsellor using different theories such as psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, mindfulness, energy therapy. I work with issues on work-related stress, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, bereavement, eating disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, panic attacks, OCD and many more. We will work together to help you work through your difficulty, find new ways of dealing with stress and teach you coping techniques to help you recover.

 I offer a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions which might your ability to reach your full potential. You can expect a warm environment and connection to help you gain insight into your personal issues and gain the ability to move forward.
 ​ What I CAN HELP WITH I specialise in working with anxiety and depression, working together with my clients to find the best solutions for them; looking at patterns of thinking and behaviour, assisting them to make the changes they need for themselves to be happier and confident. Here is a short list of example of issues/disorders I have worked: Eating Disorders, ADHD, Autism, low self worth, relationships issues, Anxiety disorders (PTSD, Panick, Social Anxiety, ect..), bullying. ​ QUALIFICATIONS Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Psychology;
