Service Description

Languages Romanian, English About Me I specialise in relational therapy which means that I work with my clients towards creating a contained safe space and building a trusting therapeutic relationship which we then use to explore and address the possible reasons that may be holding them back from living an authentic, engaging life. Quoting Martin Luther King Jr., I believe that you do not have to see the whole staircase to take the first step. Whether you have been contemplating therapy for some time or it is the first time you look it up, I believe it is important to take that first step towards understanding what nudges you towards seeking therapy, without necessarily having a pre-set/complete plan.

Therapy with me is a process of self-exploration aimed at rewriting potentially toxic or misconstrued life scripts that might be holding you back from living life fully. I will support your journey towards becoming your best self. What I CAN HELP WITH Issues I have experience with: Abuse, Addiction, Attachment (Abandonment, Co-dependence), Loss or Grieving, Depression, Divorce, Eating Disorders, Illness, Intimacy, Parenting, Relationship, Relocation, Self-confidence, Stress & Anxiety, Trauma, Unemployment. I believe every client is unique. There is no "one size fits all" solution or therapeutic process. I experienced for myself the benefits of therapy and I followed my calling to become a therapist with an innate desire to support my clients as I have been supported myself.
